Roofing

In your roofing needs it's important to have your roofing product installed right. Getting someone to install a roof on your house is a challenge in itself. No matter what shingles you get or what company you hire when having a roof installed, if not installed properly it will cost you in the end. When installing a roofing system, making sure that the company you hire puts the nails in the right locations of the shingles will prevent or will greatly reduce the chances of blow-offs which can be costly to the home owner. Before hiring a company that installs roofing ask questions like where's the proper nailing locations in 3-tab shingles and architectural shingles. Length of nails being used, as nails should penetrate through the roof decking 1/4 of an inch. Or how long will it take to install my roof.  Fencing

Installing a fence of your choice is a great way to keep unwanted visitors out of your yard and making sure whats in your yard stays in your yard. When starting a fencing job, make sure you understand how your ground runs. Is it level or does it run into a down grade level or up a hill? If the down grade levels or hills do occur you will need to figure out where your chain link fence, wood fence and ect. is going to meet the ground without creating a huge gap at the bottom of your fence. If you do not have the knowledge I would consider talking to a professional installer about the options you have. When installing fence post you should always set your post at the maximum depth in ground and concrete to assure a strong sturdy fence. Also if you are deciding to install a double gate I would recommend installing support cables to prevent sagging over time as well. 

                         




Flooring Installations

Is you flooring in need of repairs? Flooring installations are an important aspect of your home as we all know. Flooring can be a challenge wether it's because of the design or obstacles you may have to work around. It's also important in doing your flooring installations correct from the begining. For an example if you are putting some type of hardwood down, it's important that you put plastic on the ground and underlayment between your sub-floor and your floor as this will help to reduce or keep out unwanted moisture.
